More classes

HeartBeat Heros will be holding another CPR/First Aid group class on September 14th from 9am-1 pm at The Grove Church in Ahwahnee.

We know this schedule does not work for everyone, so we also offer private classes where we will come to you at a date and time that maybe more convenient for you. We are thrilled to have an opportunity to bring these training classes to the community. We know what it is like to have to drive down the hill for these classes, and how much it stinks having to give up a whole Saturday to do so. So we are happy to offer the private classes to you.

Private classes are much like the group classes. Both classes are blended classes. This means 1/2 of the class is online, and 1/2 is the skills assessment training. The online portion can be done at your own convivence, but it MUST be completed before the skills assessment portion. You MUST bring proof of the online portion being completed (you can print the email, or take a screenshot). If the online portion is not completed by the agreed on skills assessment date, we can reschedule. We also know that emergencies come up and illnesses cannot be planned. We ask that you give us at least 4 hours notice and we can reschedule. Rescheduling is your responsibility, if you do not reschedule there are no refunds. The above applies to the group classes at The Grove as well.

Sometimes we get sick and we ask that you be patient with us if an illness strikes us. We want to make sure everyone stays healthy and we will reschedule. If we must reschedule, it will be our responsibility. We will also give you at least 4 hours notice.

You can purchase the classes by going to the HeartBeat Heros Classes page. Classes are listed as general CPR/First Aid. We will reach out to you and get more information about your needs (maybe you need Pediatric CPR/First Aid, maybe you just need Adult CPR/First Aid, maybe you need both).

Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Training

July 13th will be the in-person portion of the Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED training. Participants must complete the online portion before the in-person class. Participants must provide proof of completion of online portion.

What to bring: Class material (ebooks or hard copies are fine), proof of completion of online portion, a positive attitude
